garments and textile products in the world, both in terms of the fabrics we use and through our 

ParIT provides information technology services using software that everyone can share and modify.  ParIT is a supporter of a "participatory economy".

Organic Planet Worker Co-op is committed to supplying Winnipeg with fresh produce, groceries, gluten-free goods, non-toxic health and beauty products, and providing an organic and vegan deli.

Sewn in the heart of Canada's largest urban Aboriginal community, the artisans of Northern Star Worker Co-op create unique Star Blankets in the Aboriginal tradition, to honour, respect and bless both the giver and receiver alike.

Community food store in Winnipeg: organic wild rice, wild blueberries, whitefish and pickerel from aboriginal co-ops in rural areas, moccasins made by neighbourhood aboriginal women, and bannock baked fresh in the store each day.

Natural Cycle Worker Co-op strives to promote positive transportation choices by making appropriate technology and resources available for individuals to live healthier lives. Natural Cycle is composed of a number of enterprises including a courier service, a bicycle retailer, a bicycle mechanic service, a bicycle component fabrication and design company, and a bicycle components distribution company.

Mondragon is a political bookstore and vegan restaurant located in Winnipeg’s historic exchange district. Inspired by Mondragon in Spain we are organized as a workers collective. We have no manager, and all worker members, regardless of starting skill or seniority, earn the same rate of pay. We call ours a “participatory” workplace, after the participatory economic model developed by co-authors Robin Hahnel and Michael Albert, and we feel that this structure is consistent with libertarian socialist principles.

Enviro-Safe are a worker cooperative, commercial, non-toxic cleaning company based in Winnipeg. They offer benefits to our workers and members and create an environment that fosters dignity and self-worth.
